A live operations board for in-person, hands-on classes. Students tap “done” or “need help” on their phones; the instructor sees progress by seat and moves on when the room is ready; assistants go to whoever has waited longest. Claude (claude-sonnet-5) drafts step-by-step lab instructions from the instructor’s own materials.
